Joining the programme
Creator applications are reviewed individually. Participation begins only after written acceptance from Free Custom.
Content standards
Creators must produce original, accurate content and clearly disclose gifted products, affiliate links or paid relationships as required by applicable advertising rules.
Brand use
Free Custom names, marks and campaign assets may be used only for approved programme activity and must not be altered in a misleading way.
Rewards and attribution
Eligible rewards are based on valid, tracked orders and the programme terms shown when a creator is accepted. Cancelled, fraudulent or returned orders may not qualify.
Ending participation
Either party may end participation. Confidential information, customer data and restricted brand assets must continue to be protected after participation ends.
