Personalised products are made to order. Production time is shown on the product page or at checkout and begins after order details and payment are confirmed.
Delivery estimates
Available shipping services and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout for your destination. Delivery estimates begin after production is complete.
Tracking
When your order leaves us, a tracking link is sent to the email address used at checkout. You can also use the Track Your Order page.
International orders
International deliveries may be subject to local customs procedures, taxes or duties. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the recipient's responsibility.
Address changes
If an address is incorrect, contact us immediately. We will try to update it before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment has started.
